Bulletproof Coffee Pods

Ingredients
  • 200grams cocoa butter
  • 100grams coconut oil
  • 3/4cups MCT oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • Vitamin D3 with K2 dropsoptional
Instructions
  1. Weigh out 200 grams of cocoa butter and place in a glass bowl or large measuring cup.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir and microwave 1 more minute on high.
  3. Take out and stir in the MCT oil and raw cacao until the cocoa butter is completely melted.
  4. Add in the coconut oil and Vitamin D3(optional). Stir until blended.
  5. Pour into your silicone mold and place in freezer for 30 minutes or until solidified.
  6. Take your mold out of the freezer and pop out your pods.
  7. Place into a container and store in refrigerator until needed.
Recipe Notes

If you are not dairy sensitive you can substitute the 100 grams of coconut oil with 50 grams of coconut oil and 50 grams of grass fed butter or ghee.

If you are not a coffee drinker, no worries. You can still have all the benefits of a bulletproof coffee without the coffee. Here are a few options ( you can just substitute the coffee)

  • herbal tea
  • chai
  • green tea
  • mushroom coffee or mushroom elixir ( one of my favorites because of all the health benefits)
  • coconut milk ( tasty treat- reminds me of hot chocolate)
