  • 12 large eggsdiced
  • 1/2cup mayonnaise
  • 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1tablespoon fresh parsleychopped
  • 1/2teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/8teaspoon black truffle oil
  1. Dice up your hard boiled eggs and place into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, salt and truffle oil.
  3. Gently fold in all ingredients until combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.
  5. Best served chilled.
