Ingredients
  • 2 fluffy pancakes
  • 1 portion meat
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1slice cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Prepare is the fluffy dairy free pancakes
  2. Place out your pancakes, meats, cheeses, egg, etc… onto plates in the order you want. I usually like to make a baking tray with pancakes for the bottoms, then I add the egg, proteins, veggies and cheese on top.
  3. Then place the second pancake on top and there you have it, your customized pancake breakfast sandwich!
  4. Wrap them individually with either wax paper or parchment paper and refrigerate.
  5. They can be kept refrigerated for up to a week and just heat up for 30 sec – 1 minute in the microwave whenever you need a quick and easy breakfast or snack.
