Ingredients
  • 2pounds brussels sproutshalved
  • 4slices bacondiced
  • 1/4cup Shredded Parmesan cheeseoptional garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Place halved Brussels sprouts into a large 9 x 13 Pyrex dish
  3. Add raw diced bacon and mix
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the bacon is done and the sprouts are tender. Increase roasting time if you like your sprouts more well done.
  6. Top with shredded Parmesan (optional)
