Sheet Tray Salmon and Asparagus

In our family, we have developed a new tradition where each one of our boys is responsible once a week to prepare a healthy, nutritious meal for the whole family. Not only does it teach them how to make simple dishes, but it also gives me a well deserved break from the kitchen. Over the years, I have developed a lot of very easy and simple recipes that my sons can prepare and put them together in a binder so that they can plan out their weekly meals. This is one of our favorites from that binder and I hope your family enjoys this recipe for Sheet Pan Salmon and Asparagus as much as we do.
