  • 2.5 - 3 pounds cooked bones
  • 2-3 chicken feet optional
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1.5 cups celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt


  1. Put enough bones into the pot to reach the halfway point.
  2. Add the vegetables and fill the pot with filtered water to the Max line.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar and let rest for about 20 minutes so that the vinegar can leech the minerals from the bones.
  4. Close the lid and make sure the pressure valve is closed.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 180 minutes.
  6. Once the pot beeps let it naturally release before opening lid
  7. Strain broth and put into glass jars.
