Chia Pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop grass fed collagen
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


  1. Place 2 Tablespoons of Chia seeds in each jar
  2. Add 1 scoop of grass fed collagen (optional)
  3. Pour almond milk all the way to the top. Quickly put on the lid and shake, shake ,shake! Finish one at a time, especially if you are adding the collagen or it will end up clumping up.
  4. Leave out on the counter for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Shake each jar again to loosen and break up any clumps.
  6. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
