Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

Creamy and spicy and oh so full of healthy fats. This recipe is also easy to make.

  • 2-3 roasted jalapenos depending n how much heat you like
  • ½ cup homemade avocado oil mayo or for convenience Chosen or Primal Kitchen brand mayo
  • ½ tsp raw chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup coconut milk


This recipe couldn't be easier to make. The only thing that might be tricky is roasting the jalapenos, which you can do three ways.

  1. Roast directly on your gas flame until the skin blackens ( I prefer this method because I find it to be the fastest and easiest)

  2. Grill either on an outdoor grill or george foreman type grill
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and roast for about 10-15 minutes depending on size and amount of peppers.


  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until dressing is smooth and creamy

  3. This dressing will keep fresh for a week in the refrigerator
