Keto Frozen Electrolyte Lemonade

During the hot summer months, I often will crave something cool and refreshing after a workout or just as a cool treat after working in the garden. It is also during these time when we are outdoors in the heat that we tend to dehydrate and need more electrolytes. This easy quick recipe for Keto frozen electrolyte lemonade is my answer. Also if you just crave the frozen lemony goodness and do not need the electrolytes. I have an option for you as well.
