  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional


    1 - Pre-heat oven to 450F.

    2 - Take a large microwave bowl put some cream cheese and place for melting for 45 seconds.

    3 - Take it out from microwave and begin adding the egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic as you like. Mix with a spoon till it is well combined.
